Website Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of our websites, cardie.golf and app.cardie.golf (together, "the Website"), run by Mapraow Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Cardie," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to them.

Signing in changes which terms apply. Your Cardie account, and everything you do with it on the Website, are covered by our Terms of Service. That includes the web app, Connected apps, Download my data and connecting an AI app. If these Website Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service win. How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

1. Using the Website

You may browse the Website, read it, and share links to it for your own, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• copy, republish or sell its content, design or images, except for sharing links and short quotes with credit;
• scrape it or access it by automated means, other than search engines indexing public pages, or the Cardie connector used as intended;
• try to break, overload or get around its security, or reach parts of it you aren't meant to;
• use it to break the law, or to send spam or harmful code;
• pretend to be Cardie, or suggest we endorse you when we don't.

2. Invite Links and Shared Pages

Some pages show content shared by Cardie users, such as event and group invites, or public profiles and rounds. That content comes from the users who shared it, and they're responsible for it. If you think something shouldn't be there, tell us at support@cardie.golf.

3. Our Content and Trademarks

The Website's text, design, graphics, logos and software belong to Mapraow Labs Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Cardie and the Cardie logo are our trademarks. Other names and marks on the Website belong to their owners. That includes golf course names, App Store and Google Play, and World Handicap System™ and Handicap Index®, which are trademarks of the USGA and The R&A. We use them only to describe things, and that doesn't mean their owners endorse us.

4. Information on the Website

We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but it's for general information. Features, prices and offers in the apps may differ from what a page says. The App and the Stores show the current price before you buy. Nothing on the Website is golf, medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Links to Other Sites

The Website links to other sites, such as the App Store, Google Play and social networks. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES ABOUT IT, AND WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF IT. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer where you live.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory law in the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
