  1. Ask the other app's support for a copy of your data. You have a right to it, and most apps send it by email.
  2. Forward the file to us from the email address you use in Cardie™.
  3. Within 24 hours your rounds are in your account, and we let you know.

Let us ask on your behalf

  1. Tell us which app you used and the email address on that account.
  2. Sign a short authorization that lets us request your data from them for you.
  3. We collect the export and import it, and let you know when your rounds are in.

Less work for you. It takes as long as the other app needs to reply, and we only use the authorization for this one request.
